Tesla is superior in all aspects. The Tesla is so much faster than the BMW that it makes the BMW feel slow. While I haven’t tracked either car Randy Post has and the Tesla is faster on the Streets of Willow race track than any other sedan and many sports cars as well. BMW simply can’t compete

The range is affected by many factors, for example, temperatures, the slope of the roads, dry/wet conditions, winds, and tire pressure.
Driving on wet roads on a 50′ day certainly reduces range and same as driving into headwinds or up the mountains. I experienced Tesla Model 3 and the range is pretty much spot-on as predicted.
My model 3 behaves the same way. Not sure which combination of factors you faced and gave you what range, but it’s certainly explainable. Hence, in a different set of circumstances, I’m sure this Tesla’s range will be as predicted.
